Assault on Calzada de Calatrava

This game is loosely based upon an attack on a Church in 1838, where a force of 5000 Carlist soldiers attacked the liberal-aligned town of Calzada de Calatrava. Hundreds of local troops and citizens barricaded themselves at the Santa Maria Nuestra Senora del Valle Church. To add spice to the game there will be a relief column of Isabelinos and Allies (British and French Volunteers). Rules: Fistful of Lead Bigger Battles 6 tables GMs: Stephen Freedman and Nick Stern
